I am not a professional chef. I am just an amateur homemade cooking. Just a beginner in cooking, and still learning. Through this personal blog, I only want to share every recipe of dishes that are successfully made by me. In the beginning, i don’t feel like I can cook well. I already tried many times to get experience cooking in the kitchen by myself. The result always be failed. Too salty, burned, and many unsuccessful experiences in cooking.
Since i have to study abroad, I realized that I can not always eat at canteen even more at the restaurant outside our campus. It’s too expensive. I need to spare my scholarship money for many occasion. Since then, i need to cook rather than buy the food at canteen or restaurant. I realized, this is the power of “learning by doing”. Step by step, i can taste the dish, i can give flavor to the dish better and better, which finally change my mind. I fond of cooking! ^^ Still not perfect, but i want to keep learning how to cook many dishes, and be more confidence in cooking. 🙂
