This morning I just posted on insta-story (feature on instagram) about my typical and favorite breakfast. I found this healthy and helpful for my weight-loss diet program. I have been doing my weight loss diet program since a month ago. I’ve been trying many tricks and diet programs, I still couldn’t say that my weight-loss program has already been succeed. However, I found this menu is one of the diet menu that can control my weight yet I still have eaten another foods in a day. Note that “another foods” that I mean is still under my control. I still need to be picky about what kind of dishes that I intend to eat, and consider the calories contained in the foods. I’ll share you my diet program later. Let me share about how to make my favorite breakfast, I call it Sweet Yogoat (Sweet Yogurt-Oatmeal). Let’s check it out!
So, this is the ingredients that I need for my breakfast this morning, I don’t really like to add any fresh fruit inside my Yogoat, because I feel that my breakfast will be a little bit ‘heavy’, either in portion or in calories. However, for you, who didn’t have any problem with the total calories intake, you can add any kind of fresh fruit inside the Yogoat, for example: banana, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi. You can also add any kind of nuts and dried fruits, for example: walnuts, almond, pecans, etc. It’s depend on your constraints or preferences.
For me, I want to still have a breakfast, but also control the calories intake. Thus, the following ingredients are enough to make me feel full, yet healthy! The most important is, it’s delicious! So I need:
3-4 sdm havermut instan (instant oatmeal in Bahasa)
3-4 tbsp instant whole oatmeal (brand: Quacker Oat)
1 cup yogurt kemasan (yang saya pakai sekitar 150-200 ml)
1 cup of yogurt (available in supermarket, I used approx. 150-200 ml)
2 sdm madu/ selai strawberry/ selai jeruk/ selai blueberry
2 tbsp honey/ strawberry jam/ orange marmalade jam/ blueberry jam
Additional and Optional:
macam-macam buah, seperti pisang/ stroberi/ bluberi/ kiwi, pilih satu atau dua jenis (jangan berlebihan)
any kind of fresh fruits, for example: banana, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi.
How to make?
- Masukkan oatmeal ke dalam mangkuk
Put the oatmeals into a bowl
- Tuangkan yogurt ke dalam mangkuk
Pour yogurt into the bowl
- Tambahkan madu/ selai ke dalam mangkuk
Add honey/ jam into the bowl
- Aduk rata
Voila! Finished! Enjoy your breakfast while reading newspaper, your favorite novels, or watching your favorite videos! 😀
